Shipping Destinations
Pownestly currently ships throughout the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or P.O. Boxes. If shipping restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During peak shopping periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when available.

Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, products in the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Pownestly may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment and shipping partners.
If a package is confirmed to be lost during transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:
